Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you single?

I have long overlooked my personal life due to being an entrepreneur.  I would like to find a happy balance of both personal and professional and decided it is time to take my soulmate search into my own hand.

What is your relationship status?

I am single, never married and no children.  I am seeking the same.

What are you specifically looking for in a person?

I am a traditional lady searching for my soul mate. I am looking for someone who believes in commitment hence monogamy. As an ambitious female, I believe in working hard to play harder. Respect, honesty and trust are the building blocks to maintain a solid relationship. I would like to find all three of these qualities in a potential partner. I am old-fashioned and would hope that you are as well. Chivalry is alive and well and most certainly welcomed here. My personality is quite sensitive so I would need someone who is soft spoken, caring and tender with showing their affections.

As most people, we all have our preferences. If you consume any illegal substances including marijuana please know that is something I do not want in my life whatsoever; I strongly support the local law enforcement and many of my closest friends are current officers. Proper grammar and utilizing complete sentences are a pet peeve of mine due to my given profession; you don't have to be a wordsmith but at least have the capability of holding a conversation. So please speak to me with respect and show me you know how to treat a lady; I am a lady after all. *shy smile*

Most importantly, I believe in fairy tales, love at first sight, and deep passionate kisses that makes a woman (myself) weak in the knees. I love traveling the world, and want someone by my side to enjoy everything this incredible world has to offer. The question is, are you up for the challenge?

Would you consider a long-distance relationship?

As long as you are open-minded about location, I don't mind a long-distance relationship.  I would however like to keep my roots here in St. Louis County.

What is your ideal first date?

With the ongoing pandemic, I would say a zoom call would be prefered at this point.  However, I am praying the numbers improve and when they do of course we can meet in-person.  Something simple like a picnic would be most appreciated.  I am open to additional ideas and welcome the conversation.

Do you have any deal breakers or deal makers?

Since I am highly allergic to smoke, obviously cigarette smokers would clearly be a deal breaker unless they are willing to improve the quality of their overall health.

In terms of deal makers, if you bring a smile to my face then I am sure we will get along quite well.  Each person is unique so there isn't a steadfast rule on what makes someone happy.  I would say just be yourself and let's see if there is truly a connection between us.

Why the castle theme?

Perhaps you should write to me and find out.  Another good conversation starter, in my opinion.

Do you read all of your responses?

Both my postal mail and email are pre-sorted by my secretary so please no business solicitations of any kind.  She doesn't read every line but does a general check to make sure everything is on the up and up.  Mainly she is sorting serious inquires vs. the ones who want an autograph from a local author.  After the initial letter or message, then I take over and read them from then on.  Don't worry, your messages are private and remain entirely confidential.

Contact Preference

If you find yourself desiring to court me, then you may reach me via email.  However, if you truly want to get my attention then perhaps a handwritten letter would be the best method.  It would show me that you pay attention to details and took the time to write me.  Remember romance isn't something that should be rushed, therefore I am looking for the person who takes the time to show me they care from the start.  I look forward to meeting you at the mailbox.  God Bless, Linsey
